My wife and I bought from the company last year a marble mantel, hearth and a basket when we lived in Bristol. The information regarding our purchase is in the system as my wife has spoke with an employee a number of times over the past months.

Unfortunately, the marble mantel and basket was damaged by our shippers when we then moved from Bristol to Austria last year.

For the past 4 months have been trying to obtain some information from the company regarding the replacement cost of the damaged items but to no avail. Initially, on 4th October 2010 and lastly via email to this address on 13th December 2010.

We now need to URGENTLY submit to our insurers our claim for the damage for the replacement cost of the marble mantel and basket including reshipment to Austria.

We therefore URGENTLY need a document stating this cost so that we can reorder the goods.

Unfortunately, we are now no longer able to wait for a response from the company. We have kindly requested that they promptly help us by providing the needed information. I cannot understand why after so many months, conversations and communications with the company our reasonable request has not been met. The company was recommended to us by a friend and this is why we chose at the time to make the purchase. The service at sale was good but unfortunately, the after sales support which have been seeking these past months has been far from satisfactory. We have been informed on a number of occasions that the requested information was to be sent but this has yet not happened to-date.
